Site organization

The site is organised into eight sections:

Home - general site information
Information - general information about the school, includes the newsletter.
Subjects - the webpages of the school's teaching departments.
Staff - resources and information for current and prospective staff.
Pupils - resources and information for current pupils.
Parents - resources and information for current and prospective parents.
Calendar - the school's calendar and information about forthcoming events.
History - will eventually be a comprehensive resource for everyone interested in the school's history.

Finding it

We have included a search facility (powered by Google®) on every page and a site map to enable you to find what you are looking for.

Where am I?

The horizontal section navigation tabs at the top of the page will tell you which section of the site you are currently in. The crumb trail below the school image allows you to navigate your way back up the site.

Links and Windows

By default the site does not open new windows or tabs, if you wish to open a link in a new window or tab right-click (or control click for macs) the link and select from the menu.

Links to external sites are like this, mail links are like this and links to PDFs have an icon next to them like this.

Printing

You will find that all pages are set up to print. However the following bookmarklets might be of use, drag them to the browser’s links bar. Show URL will show the address that a link points to [and break the layout]. Remove element will remove what you click from the page, refresh to bring it back. [These may work for other sites but they haven't been tested].
